Boat comes off trailer on I-95, blocks traffic

HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Parts of Interstate 95 have re-opened Thursday morning after a boat somehow disconnected from its trailer.

The accident happened just before 10 p.m. Wednesday in the northbound lanes of I-95 near Ives Dairy Road. Florida Highway Patrol were dispatched to the scene.

All northbound lanes between Ives Dairy Road and Hallandale Beach Boulevard were blocked off for hours while crews worked to remove the boat.
