Deputies train for possible terror attacks

LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. (WSVN) -- South Florida officials continue to train for possible explosive situations.
Thursday, local agencies rigged a bus to simulate a terror attack. "We used common explosives they use overseas in the Middle East," said BSO Bomb Squad Deputy Roger Caron.
Forensic teams from across South Florida were on scene to practice the delicate art of evidence collection after an explosion. "In Israel, we detonated at a safe distance to show crime scene units and detectives how they would go about handling the situation," said Caron.
Crime scene investigators from 10 agencies took part in the training drill.
