Relatives of a child share grief after her murder

DAVIE, Fla. (WSVN) -- The family members of a young girl who was killed by her father are speaking out a day after the murder-suicide.
The bodies of 6-year-old Amira, her father and her dog were found on Thursday morning in a van parked inside a Davie neighborhood.
Her father was identified by Davie Police as 30-year-old Paul Andrade. Police said he parked his car in front of his ex-wife's house and hooked the exhaust from the engine in order to pump poisonous exhaust into the vehicle.
In a suicide note left by Andrade he states that he was distraught after his ex-wife's recent remarriage.
Amira's uncle, Richard Caicedo, said he never expected this to happen. "I can't say anything about him because I have so many years of not seeing him in person. As far as I know, they were separated or divorced for several months or years, but I don't think he had any issues," said Caicedo.
Andrade's parents are arranging on shipping his body back home to New Jersey. Amira's family members have said her funeral will be very private, with only close family and friends.
