Double shooting at local barbershop

LAUDERHILL, Fla. (WSVN) -- Two men had to be transported to the hospital after a shooting in a parking lot on South Oakland Park Boulevard.

Lauderhill Police Department said an argument broke out at Black Pearl Barbershop Friday evening in Lauderhill.

Officials said one victim was shot in the lower abdomen and needed to be airlifted to Broward Health. The second man was shot in the buttocks and was transported by ground.

Witnesses said a black male entered the barbershop wearing a mask and dark clothing and began to shoot another man.

Police said the second man ran across the street to a local fast food joint after he was shot.

Officials are currently working on finding out more details about this shooting and if a shooter may be at large.
