UM player accused of burglary appears in court

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A University of Miami football player accused of a campus crime appeared in court.
Thomas Finnie has been charged with occupied burglary and grand theft. The judge granted him a pre-trial release on Wednesday.
Investigators said the sophomore cornerback was involved in the theft of a laptop from a dorm on campus, last Wednesday.
Finnie has been suspended from the team.
