FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- South Florida's favorite floating holiday party set sail over the weekend.

The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade lit up Fort Lauderdale's intracoastal waterways Saturday night.

The spectacle of lights featured fireworks and more than 100 decked-out boats.

One child watching the parade said, "All the boats are very pretty. I really like all the fireworks."

This year's grand marshal was "Inside Edition" anchor Deborah Norville. And the king and queen of Winterfest-- our own Craig Stevens and Belkys Nerey-- were there to party as well.

One viewer said, "The boats look fantastic and, as you can hear, the fireworks are amazing." She also added, "I was excited to see Deborah Norville here and on the boat, certainly. Interacting with everyone as she came by."

Another attendee said, "You get to hang out with family, listen to music and watch how people decorate their boats. It's pretty cool."

If you missed the live boat parade, catch it right here on 7, Saturday, Dec. 22, Christmas Day and again New Year's Day.
