Man in serious condition after fall

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Rescue crews had to make a risky rescue at a construction site.

Miami Fire Rescue released a video after, officials said, a worker was on top of a concrete mixing machine, seven stories up, when he fell.

The incident occurred along Northeast 22nd Street and Fourth Avenue.

The was safely brought down and taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is listed in serious condition.
