Broward school's transportation director resigns
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- The Broward School district's director of transportation is resigning after he was accused of mismanagement.
Chester Tindall stepped down amid allegations from both school board members and bus drivers that he mismanaged the department.
Critics said he was largely to blame for Broward's bus problems at the beginning of the school year.
Despite his resignation, Tindal will continue to collect his $125,000 salary until March 1, 2013.
