Restaurant robber arrested

HIALEAH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A restaurant robber remains behind bars, Thursday.

Surveillance cameras rolled as Julio Navarro approached the counter at the Pizza Patron restaurant near West 23rd Avenue and 68th Street. Police said Navarro told a clerk he had a gun and then forced the employee to empty out the cash register.

Police later arrested the 49-year-old. He is being held without bond.
