Road still closed after power line down

DAVIE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Friday marks day two of traffic trouble in Davie.

All lanes of Hiatus Road at State Road 84 are closed while FPL works continue to repair a downed power line.

A crane boom hit the power line late Thursday afternoon causing it to crash down, resulting in massive traffic backups into the night.

Crews hope to have the road reopened at some point later in the day, Friday.
