Morning mess on I-95

NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE (WSVN) -- A gravel truck overturned and spilled its load all over the northbound lanes on Interstate 95, near Ives Dairy Road, Friday morning.

The debris from the accident, which occurred at around 5:30 a.m., caused two cars to lose control and flip over onto the side of the road. One driver was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital.

The spill forced the shut down all of the northbound lanes for hours. The scene has been cleared and traffic is once again flowing.
