Mentally ill woman goes missing

LAUDERHILL, Fla. (WSVN) -- A woman has vanished without a trace from Lauderhill.

Valerie Robinson is missing. Her worried family now passing out flyers.

The 51-year-old was last seen on December 18th near Northwest 26th Street and 56th Avenue.

She's considered an endangered adult due to the inability to care for herself.

Police said she has run away in the past and is Psychophrenic. "We are in a desperate state to find her because moments are counting," said City of West Park Commissioner, Rita Mak. "And Valerie, if you're listening to this message, know that the girls are worried, and it's a sad state when you have to jump up and down to get someone to listen."
