Man shot in the foot in drive-by

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A South Florida man is recovering in the hospital after shots rang out in a neighborhood.

The shooting happened Sunday near Northwest 31st Street and 29th Avenue. One bullet hit the victim in the foot.

Witnesses in the area said they heard gunshots and then saw a car driving off.
