Man charged with video voyeurism out on bond

SUNRISE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A man was charged with video voyeurism at a South Florida mall, Monday.

Police said Andre Clements admitted to using phones to record women inside the fitting room of the Forever 21 store at Sawgrass Mills Mall.

Florida joined at least 16 other states in July in making video voyeurism a felony.

Clements is currently out on bond.
