Police search for kidnapping felon

HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- According to police, a man rammed his car into his ex-girlfriend's car while their 4-year-old daughter was in the back seat.

Ira McCutcheon, 21, is wanted for aggravated battery.

Authorities say, McCutcheon then grabbed the little girl and drove away along Northwest 10th Street and Ninth Avenue in Hallandale Beach on December 27th.

He later returned her and took off.
