Water safe to drink again in Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- It is now safe to drink water again in Fort Lauderdale.

Water and Waste Water Services in Broward lifted a boil water advisory after a water main break.

It had been in effect for those living within the borders of Northwest 31st to 26th Avenues and Northwest 26th to 19th Streets.

The order went into place after the water main broke at the intersection of Northwest 31st Avenue and 26th Street.
