Police search for dollar store robber

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Police are searching for a crook caught on surveillance video robbing a South Florida dollar store.

A man was seen jumping the counter at the Deal Dollar Store located on Southwest Eighth Street and 71st Avenue last month and demanding money at knife-point.

The suspect got away with an unknown amount of cash.

Police believe he may also be behind another robbery in the area.
