School official accused of sexual harassment
MIAMI (WSVN) -- Chief concerns have arose involving Miami-Dade schools top law enforcement officer.
Police Chief Charles Hurley is being sued by two women for sexual harassment.
A high-ranking commander and a school police officer have come forward, claiming he made unwanted sexual advances, asked for sexual favors, and requested dinner dates.
In a statement, district officials said, "the school district took immediate, swift action after being notified of the allegation. The employee was reassigned immediately, relieving him of all law enforcement duties."
