FPL installs new LED streetlights in Grove

COCONUT GROVE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A South Florida neighborhood is seeing things in a whole new light.

FPL crews installed nearly two dozen LED streetlights along Southwest 32nd Avenue in Coconut Grove.

It's part of a new project aimed at providing safer and more energy-efficient lighting across the Sunshine State.

FPL said it will analyze the project throughout the year.
