WEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police are searching for some thieves who made off with some popular electronics from a cell phone store, Friday morning.

The owner of the Sprint Store located on Flagler and 87th Avenue, said the thieves used a vehicle to smash their way into the business, at around 5:30 a.m. The owner also said the burglars made off with two iPhones and two iPads that are used for demonstrations.

Now the owner is left with a big mess to clean up as broken glass covers his business. "Just the frustration, I mean steal something, but they didn't steal anything, so it's just the headache of getting everything fixed," he said.

The store will remain open Friday.

If you have any information on this cellphone burglary, call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward.
