Realtor impostor arrested and charged

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have arrested a man who allegedly posed as a fake realtor to make deals.

Fifty-two-year-old Ricardo Ribas was arrested and charged with grand theft.

According to police, Ribas pocketed more than $25,000 after selling a foreclosed Southwest Miami-Dade home.

The buyer, who spent thousands of dollars in renovations, was forced to move out after learning the home belonged to the bank.
