South Florida road set to receive repairs

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A construction drilling project is set to begin in Fort Lauderdale.

The drilling is expected Monday along A1A..

Construction crews will be between Northeast 14th Court and Northeast 18th Street north of Sunrise.

The Florida Department of Transportation anticipates the work will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

On Sunday construction will take place from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
