COCONUT GROVE, Fla. (WSVN) -- The iconic Grand Bay Hotel, a longtime mainstay of Coconut Grove as a tourist destination, is being demolished.
7 Skyforce captured the scene, where crews are tearing down the deteriorating hotel. Opened in 1983, the structure has sat empty for years following a foreclosure.
The land is being cleared for Grove at Grand Bay, a $400 million luxury condominium project.
