New Jersey teacher arrested on alleged sex claims

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A New Jersey schoolteacher on the run has been arrested in South Florida.

U.S. Marshalls caught up with Jennalin Garcia-Calle. She is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student while she taught in the Newark area.

Authorities arrested the 28-year-old at the Recovery Institute of South Florida in Davie, where she told officials she was trying to get help.

Garcia-Calle has been denied bond.
