Car crashes into recently renovated restaurant

DANIA BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Owners of a South Florida restaurant that was recently renovated after fire are dealing with a car crash.

The driver slammed into the wall of Tropical Acres Steakhouse at 2500 Griffin Road. The building only suffered minor damage. This same restaurant was gutted by a massive fire in August 2011.

After a major renovation, the landmark eatery reopened last March.
