Runners hit the pavement for ING marathon
MIAMI (WSVN) -- Runners from all over the world came to pound the pavement Sunday in the ING marathon right here in South Florida.
Twenty-five thousand runners hit the streets of Downtown Miami.
The race started in front of the American Airlines Arena early Sunday morning and finished at Bayfront Park.
The first place winner of the full marathon was Luis Rivero Gonzalez. He crossed the finish line with a time of two hours and twenty-six minutes.
