Woman accused of having sex with student faces charges

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A New Jersey teacher-turned-fugitive was arrested in South Florida and accused of criminal behavior.

Jennalin Garcia-Callie was accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student at the school where she teaches.

She will be extradited back to New Jersey to face sexual assault charges.

The 28-year-old was arrested at the Recovery Institute of South Florida in Davie last Thursday.
