Local exclusive spa hit with another sex assault suit

DORAL, Fla. (WSVN) -- Yet another sexual assault suit has been filed against a South Florida spa.

The lawsuit alleges a massage therapist sexually assaulted a woman during treatment at the Doral Golf Resort and Spa.

The suit also claims the spa kept that therapist, John Pacheco, employed even after the woman reported the alleged abuse to management. "He wasn't fired, and more women were assaulted," said Jeff Herman, the alleged victim's attorney. "He voluntarily relinquished his license to the Department of Health, but we know at least three women allege they were sexually assaulted."

This is the sixth sexual assault suit against the Doral Golf Resort and Spa.
