Boca squatter served eviction notice

BOCA RATON, Fla. (WSVN) -- A homeless man squatting in a South Florida mansion has been told, once again, to get out.

Palm Beach County courts served Andre Barbosa an eviction notice Wednesday. He was also ordered out a week earlier after Bank of America filed suit against Barbosa and eight other people who tried to stake claim on the home on Golden Harbour Drive.

Barbosa has been using an obscure Florida law, taking residence in the home since at least Christmas.
