Python Challenge continues in the Everglades

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Catchers are snaking along in the Everglades as a competition nears its end.

A 7News viewer captured not only a huge python but some nice snapshots for our viewers.

The capture was part of Florida's Python Challenge, which ends in just two weeks.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation said catchers have killed 41 invasive snakes so far.

The challenge began Jan. 12.
