Shooting victim receives help from Good Samaritan

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A Good Samaritan offered a helping hand to a South Florida teen who was shot and paralyzed.
A 7News viewer donated much needed items to Aaron Willis.
Willis received a special wheelchair with a ramp leading to his bedroom, which is being painted while his bathroom is being renovated. "It feels good to know people care about me even though I got shot," said Willis.
Deb Doulens lent the helping hand. "I felt the need to donate to the family," said Doulens, "and to help him get up and move better. Hopefully, to walk is my dream for him."
Willis became paralyzed after someone shot him while riding his bike back in December.
Police are still looking for the shooter.
