Driver rushed to hospital after crash

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A South Florida driver was hospitalized after crashing into a truck.

7Skyforce was over the scene along Flagler Street and Northwest 27th Avenue, where a car slammed into the back of a truck and ended up stuck underneath.

Firefighters sent a special unit to remove the driver from the badly damaged car.

He was rushed to Ryder Trauma Center.

The truck driver was not hurt, and stayed on the scene.
