Disorderly teen to face same judge

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A South Florida teen who flipped off a judge is scheduled to face him again Friday.

Penelope Soto's attorney is expected to ask that her 30-day contempt sentence be reduced.

Soto was much more subdued Wednesday as she appeared in court to face her original charge of possessing Xanax. Bond court footage of her flipping off the judge and cursing him out Monday afternoon made her an Internet sensation after it went viral.
