Disabled athletes speak to those in rehabilitation

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Several disabled athletes took the time to inspire some patients at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Friday.
The athletes spoke to dozens of victims undergoing the pain of rehabilitation and encouraged them to take part in adaptive sports.
Despite the obvious physical and psychological challenges, they said no obstacle is too big to overcome. "Don't let anyone tell you you can't do something because whatever it is that you want to do, even if you want to go to the moon and don't have a spaceship, there's always a way," said an athlete.
JMH said Friday's event is just one of several to help those with debilitating injuries live a fulfilling life.
