Blizzard causes flight cancellations for South Florida travelers

MIAMI (WSVN) -- The brutal blizzard caused some travel trouble in South Florida.

Flights coming in and out of Boston, Connecticut, New York and Chicago were all on-hold at Miami International Airport.

At last check, MIA experienced about 47 delayed flights.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport has also been in a blizzard bind. 40 flights departing and arriving were delayed.
