Missing woman's husband charged with murder

MIAMI (WSVN) -- The husband of a missing South Florida woman has been arrested, accused in her murder.

Jesus Maqueira stands accused of killing his wife, Raquel Calderin.

The 54-year-old faces charges of murder and aggravated stalking. A judge denied him bond Monday.

His wife had filed for divorce before she disappeared. Police say Maqueira showed up at her job at Gloria Floyd Elementary School last September and the two were seen arguing. She left work that night and has not been seen since.
