Contractors blamed for Arsht Center leak

MIAMI (WSVN) -- The "blame game" is underway as to what led to a major leak at the Adrienne Arsht Center last year.

You might recall this scene, captured on cell phone video: water leaking through the roof at the performing arts center back on May 20, 2012.

An engineering group, hired by Miami-Dade County, now says there were problems with the building's plumbing system, pointing the finger at contractors who worked on the Arsht Center.

The county footed the $5 million bill for repairs and is hoping to recoup that money.
