Boat catches fire; no injuries

MEDLEY, Fla. (WSVN) -- A boatload of trouble happened early Monday in Medley.

7Skyforce was over the scene not far from the Palmetto Expressway where the vessel burst into flames.

The fire sent thick, black smoke into the air in the area of Northwest 74th Avenue and 77th Street.

Crews arrived a short time later and put it out. No one was hurt.

it remains unknown what caused the fire as authorities continue to investigate.
