Police identify body found in park

WEST PARK, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have now identified a body found in West Park.
Francisco Santiago's body was discovered around 7 a.m. on Wednesday.
The body was found in an alley, by a man walking his dog along the 3800 Block of Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Initially, he thought it was a mannequin.
Santiago's body was taken to the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
Detectives are not releasing the cause of death, but have ruled it a homicide.
