Police try to find mother of abandoned baby

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- So far a camera clue in the case of an abandoned baby hasn't led police to the mother.
Yesterday, police released surveillance video showing a black car.
The vehicle was seen in the parking lot near a daycare along Northeast First Street and Second Avenue.
Fifteen minutes later, the infant was discovered.
The baby boy, just days old, was wrapped in a blanket with his umbilical cord still attached.
If you have any information on who may have dropped off the baby, call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward.
