Police search for armed men involved in police shooting

HIALEAH, Fla. (WSVN) -- The search continues after shots were fired during an attempted police stop in Hialeah.

Police said it started Friday night when officers tried to pull over a stolen vehicle, but the people inside took off.

According to police, they crashed a short distance away and bailed out.

At some point shots were fired but it's not clear who pulled the trigger.

Investigators set up a perimeter, but have not yet found any suspects.
