Groomer at polo event dies tragically

NEAR WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A polo horse made a killer impact near West Palm Beach.

A groomer leaving the field with a polo horse at the International Polo Club was kicked to death.

The horse apparently got spooked and kicked the groomer working with a player on the Coca-Cola team. "The Coke players were devastated," said Polo Manager Jimmy Newman. "This poor guy was so hurt. It's amazing they're playing. Sometimes it's hard to do that after something like that happens."

The polo manager was on site said these kinds of accidents are extremely rare.
