Homeowner shoots at burglar, no injuries

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A man opened fire on a burglar attempting to break into his home.
The homeowner shot into the suspect's car, causing it to crash into a fence along Northwest Third Avenue and 77th Street, Thursday.
The homeowner's ordeal started when he said he heard someone kicking his door. He spotted a gun as the suspect rushed back into his car and decided to fire. "I can't even think," recalled the homeowner, only identified as Bobby. "All I know is, my heart was going like this. Once I saw that gun, it was like, I know there's a possibility of anything."
The homeowner said this is not the first time someone has tried to break into his home. No one was hurt.
Police are still looking for the alleged burglar.
