Surveillance released in cell phone store robbery

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police are searching for the crooks who robbed a South Florida cell phone store.

Surveillance video captured a man storming into a Pompano Beach Metro PCS, then drawing his gun and demanding money from an employee on Feb. 1.

The man took off with the cash along East Copans Road and Northwest Third Avenue.

It is unknown how much cash was taken.

The robber is believed to be in his 20s, standing at around 5 foot 6 inches and weighing about 120 pounds.
