MIAMI (WSVN) -- A drug discovery has landed a driver charged in a deadly hit-and run, back in jail.

Prosecutors are saying Sandor Guillen was drunk when he crashed his Range Rover into a minivan and killed 13-year-old Kaely Camacho, last April.

Guillen was ordered to stay away from drugs and alcohol while awaiting trial, but he failed a drug test and is now behind bars.

Guillen blamed the failed test on ADHD medication. He claimed he was prescribed the pills, but he could not provide the name of the doctor who gave him access to the medication.

Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Ellen Venzer did not buy the excuse. "All I have is a gentleman who is charged with a serious crime, who has now tested positive for amphetamines, who is just telling me that he has a prescription but could not describe to me who the doctor was," said Judge Venzer.

The judge ordered Guillen back into custody until he can provide proof of a prescription.
