Authorities search for missing 12-year-old girl

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Police need the public's assistance locating a missing South Florida girl.

Miami Police said 12-year-old Zaira Martinez has been missing since Tuesday. She was last seen wearing a light-colored blouse and blue jeans in the area of 47th Street and Northeast Miami Court.

She is described as a white female with black hair, brown eyes and stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
