Man charged after shaking baby

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A South Florida man has been charged for shaking his 5-month-old baby

Forty-one-year-old Paul Day was charged with murder Thursday afternoon.

Day was originally charged with aggravated child abuse and child neglect after police said he admitted to shaking his 5-month-old son back in 2009.

The boy died this past December from injuries detectives said were the result of shaken baby syndrome.
