Fire damages apartment complex

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. (WSVN) -- Smoke engulfed a South Florida apartment complex.

A storage room caught fire early Saturday morning at a complex in Coral Springs.

Rescue crews quickly put out the fire at Northwest 43rd Street and Northwest 89th Avenue.

The heavy smoke left the entire room damaged.

No word on what caused the fire but crews are now working to gut the room to ready it for repairs.
