Driver hospitalized after bad crash

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. (WSVN) -- A man suffered severe injuries after he slammed into a tractor trailer, Wednesday morning.

Police said the 30-year-old man was driving down Pines Boulevard and Southwest 64th Way when he crashed into the back of the tractor trailer. Rescue workers pulled the man out and transported him to a nearby hospital.

The truck driver was not hurt.
