Teen who gave judge finger back in court

MIAMI (WSVN) -- The South Florida teen who once flipped off a judge appeared in court, Friday.

The hearing for 18-year-old Penelope Soto, revealed she is passing all her drug tests and is doing well in her drug program.

On Feb. 4 Soto flipped off a judge during her bond hearing on a drug charge.

The disrespectful one-fingered salute landed her a 30-day jail sentence for contempt of court, which the judge later withdrew.

Soto is due back in court May 10.
